Exciting Updates at Walks & Wags with Morgan: Booking Just Got Easier!
We’ve been busy behind the scenes at Walks & Wags with Morgan, and we’re excited to share some major updates that make it easier than ever for you to book, communicate, and pay for pet care services. Whether you’re a longtime client or new to the Pawmily, we want you to know exactly what’s new and how to make the most of these improvements.

Walks & Wags with Morgan now uses the Walkies: Customer Pet Journal app for all service requests and communication. With Walkies, everything from booking appointments to messaging us is streamlined into one easy-to-use platform.
Clients can:
Request services directly through the app
Message us in real-time
Complete and update their pet’s profile
Sign required contracts in just a few taps
Review scheduled appointments at a glance
💡 Please note: Walks & Wags with Morgan does not process payments through the Walkies app. More on that below!

💻 Easy Online Onboarding Forms
We’ve also simplified the client onboarding process with online forms you can complete from any device. These forms help us gather all the necessary details to provide personalized, premium care for your pets. No more printing, scanning, or paper shuffling—just quick and easy Google Forms that save you time.
If you are a new client, WWM requires all clients to complete the New Client Onboarding Form and Veterinary Release Form before booking services.
💳 Secure, Simple Payments with Stripe
All invoices are now sent directly to your email with a link to pay securely through Stripe. You can pay right from your phone, tablet, or computer in just a few clicks. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards and is fully encrypted for your safety. In addition to Stripe-enabled payments, Walks & Wags with Morgan still accepts payment via cash, check (made payable to Morgan Childers), PayPal (@walkswagsmorgan), and Venmo (@walksandwagswithmorgan).
If you are an existing client for whom Walks & Wags with Morgan does not have an email address, or if you need to update any information about your home or pets, please complete our Client Information Update Form as soon as possible.
Beginning August 1, 2025, there will be a small 4% processing fee added to all invoices to cover the cost of secure online payments. If you plan to make payment with cash or check, please inform Morgan before your invoice due date, and the fee will be removed.

Walks & Wags with Morgan
Welcome to Walks & Wags with Morgan! We’re excited to care for your pets and are now using the Walkies: Customer Pet Journal app for service bookings and communication. Please text us at (828) 331-1881 or email us at info@walksandwagswithmorgan.com for your personal app invitation, then follow these detailed steps to get started:
1. Create Your Walkies Account
Click the link you received in your text or email from Walks & Wags with Morgan to download the app.
Tap “Sign Up” and use your email or social login.
Complete all required fields:
First & Last Name
Email & Phone (include country code ‘1’)
Physical Address
Emergency Contact details
⚠️ Incomplete info will prevent you from booking services.
2. Explore the Home Screen
You’ll find:
A map
All Activities
Book Something
Updates
Invoices (not used for billing at WWM—see below)
📌 WWM invoices are emailed separately through Stripe.
3. Complete Your Pet Profiles
Tap the gear icon > "Pets" > "+" to add a pet
Fill in all profile details
Upload a photo if you’d like
Be thorough in the following sections:
Feeding schedule
Reactivity/Behavior
Medical history & medications
Vaccination records (especially rabies!)
Vet contact info
4. Review & Sign Required Contracts
Before scheduling your Meet & Greet, you must sign:
Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
Cancellation Policy
To sign:
Go to “Updates” or Settings > “Contracts”
Tap each contract, read, and “Agree & Sign”
5. Book a Meet & Greet
Once your pet profiles are complete and contracts signed:
Tap “Book Something” > “Meet & Greet”
Choose a date/time window
Add any special notes
Tap “Send Booking Request”
⏰ Meet & Greets usually last 30–60 minutes.
6. Set Your Notification Preferences
Go to Settings > Notifications
Enable email or push notifications (or both)
Customize which alerts you want to receive
📨 Note: WWM does not use SMS/text alerts at this time.
7. App Features to Know
Messages: Chat with Morgan directly
Appointments: View upcoming visits
Invoices: Not used by WWM
Bulletins: Announcements & updates
